What We Handle
Westminster Waste handles every material type your business produces — from daily dry mixed recycling to specialist hazardous streams. All waste is processed at our 6.2-acre Belvedere facility or routed to the appropriate licensed destination, with full documentation at every step.

Inert demolition arisings — broken bricks, concrete, tiles, and stone — crushed and screened into recycled aggregate for reuse in construction. A clean load achieves near-total diversion from landfill.
Inert and non-hazardous construction material diverted from landfill through licensed crushing, screening, and recycling. Suitable for site clearances, demolition, and groundworks contractors.
Plasterboard collected separately and recycled back into new board — keeping gypsum out of landfill where it produces harmful hydrogen sulphide gas. We accept clean and painted grades.
Timber from construction, shopfit, pallets, and furniture diverted to biomass energy and panel board reprocessing. We accept clean and treated grades — keeping wood out of landfill.
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals collected and processed for direct remelting into new products. We accept loose scrap, baled metals, and segregated aluminium — all with full documentation.
Licensed collection and disposal of hazardous materials. Full consignment notes, Environment Agency compliance, and safe disposal tracking handled end-to-end by our specialist team.
Our most collected stream. Segregated or mixed loads are sorted at our Belvedere MRF into high-grade materials for remanufacturing. Suitable for all businesses, offices, retail, and light industry.
Segregated plastic streams collected and sorted for reprocessing into new plastic goods. We accept rigid plastics, shrink wrap, and mixed grades — keeping plastic out of landfill and incineration.
Clear, brown and green glass collected separately and processed into cullet for bottle manufacturers. Colour-segregated collection available for higher-grade recycling output.
Compliant with the Simpler Recycling legislation now requiring all businesses to separate food waste. Collected in sealed, caddy-lined containers and sent for anaerobic digestion.
Residual waste that cannot be recycled is collected and sent for energy recovery — keeping it out of landfill. We offer scheduled general waste collections alongside your recycling streams for a complete waste solution.
Authorised WEEE treatment facility for electrical and electronic equipment. All items are de-polluted, dismantled, and materials recovered to meet EA compliance requirements.
Secure collection and destruction of sensitive materials under BS EN 15713. Documents, hard drives, uniforms, and branded items are destroyed with a full certificate of destruction issued per collection.
