1. Our Position
LEX NEGATA LTD fully supports the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in our own operations and throughout our professional supply chains.
2. Supply Chain Risks
As a professional service consultancy providing governance and compliance advice, our supply chain consists primarily of office software platforms, IT support providers, and occasionally subcontracted associate advisors. We assess the risk of modern slavery in these professional supply chains to be extremely low.
3. Due Diligence
We perform regular due diligence checks when contracting with associate consultants. We require all partners to commit to fair working standards, compliance with UK employment legislation, and zero-tolerance modern slavery policies.
4. Reporting
If any associate, client, or subcontractor suspects exploitative labor practices in any facility or service associated with our work, they are encouraged to report it immediately to our lead consultant or the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
