Platform & Agency Disclaimer

Welcome to RAAHIO. Raahio operates as an independent travel discovery and tour package comparison marketplace connecting travellers with certified third-party travel agencies and tour operators.

1. Marketplace Role & Transparency

Raahio is an aggregator and comparison platform. We do not operate flights, hotels, or cab services directly. All tour package itineraries, hotel accommodations, meals, and transport arrangements are delivered by the respective travel agency selected by the traveller.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Inclusions

Package prices displayed on Raahio reflect starting rates submitted and verified by partner travel agencies. Final quotes may vary depending on travel season, customized hotel tiers, group size, and flight inclusions requested by the traveller.

3. Data Privacy & Lead Protection

When you submit a quote request or contact form on Raahio, your details (Name, Phone Number, Travel Dates, Destination) are shared exclusively with verified travel agencies offering services for that specific destination. We do not sell user data to unrelated marketing third-parties.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Payments and bookings are completed directly between the traveller and the respective travel agency. Cancellation, refund, and postponement terms are governed by the specific agency's policy provided on their quotation.
