Modern Slavery Statement

LEX NEGATA LTD enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery, servitude, and human trafficking in our business operations and professional networks.

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

LEX NEGATA LTD is a specialist social care governance and compliance consultancy. Although we fall below the statutory threshold requiring a formal modern slavery statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we voluntarily publish this statement to demonstrate our ethical standards and support local government procurement reviews.

1. Our Structure and Supply Chain

We operate as an independent professional consultancy based in England. Our supply chains are low-risk and limited to the procurement of standard business services, software tools, office equipment, and expert professional advisors. We do not participate in manufacturing, logistics, construction, or industries associated with higher modern slavery exposure.

2. Policies on Modern Slavery

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to:

  • Prohibit any form of forced labor, human trafficking, or servitude in our business.
  • Ensure that all consultants and sub-contractors have clear, legal working conditions and fair pay.
  • Encourage reporting of any ethical concerns through our DPO/Director channel.

3. Supplier Due Diligence

We expect our suppliers and professional partners to hold themselves to the same high standards. When establishing business agreements, we verify that suppliers are registered, comply with national minimum wage laws, and operate ethically.
