2. Keyboard Access for the Diagnostic Tool

Our **Procedural Defensibility Diagnostic™** checklist supports keyboard navigation. Users can navigate checklist items using the `Tab` key and toggle options using the `Spacebar` or `Enter` keys, with ARIA states (`aria-checked`) updating dynamically.
